Ingredients: soy sauce (soy, wheat, corn syrup, caramel E150a, sugar, pear puree (pear, vitamin C (E301), humectant (E420), onion, garlic, ethyl alcohol, salt, thickener (E145), acidity regulator (E330), black pepper, water, caramel color (E150a).

Preparation:

1. Prepare 600g sliced beef, 160g sauce, dice the onions and mushrooms.

2. Leave the meat to marinate in the sauce for 30 minutes.

3. Sauté the marinated meat with onions and mushrooms.

Note: Ideal for braising, sautéing and grilling.

Storage advice: keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
