Ingredients: fish broth 42% (water, dried fish), soy sauce 19% (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), water, sugar, salt, flavor enhancer E621, ethyl alcohol, kelp extract (water, dried kelp, salt, alcohol, ethyl). Flavor enhancers E631 and E627. Acidifier E270.

Preparation tips: to add 2-4 volumes of hot or cold water to 1 volume of Hon Tsuyu.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks.
