Method of preparation:

1. Place a sheet of Nori (roasted seaweed) on a bamboo sushi mat (or a kitchen towel folded in half). Spread about 128g of sushi rice evenly over the sheet. Place your favorite toppings in the center.
2. Roll the sheet to cover the filling, pressing lightly, then continue rolling to the edge.
3. Cut each roll into 6 to 8 pieces.
