Craft miso nama-koji “Hikari miso”

Sweet white miso paste without additives, 25% less salty, for miso soup and can also be used as is, on plain rice, for raw vegetables, to spread on bread or on fried foods (tonkatsu).

Craft Miso is characterized by a fresh and fruity taste, complemented by a soft and juicy texture that uses a large amount of koji to fully bring out the sweetness.

Store away from sunlight in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigeration is recommended to preserve color and taste.
