Fragrant rice variety ST24 from Vietnam of very long grain :

The fragrant rice variety ST24 is grown in the fertile Mekong Delta, nourished by the rich waters of this river that has its origin in the Hymalaya. To the pure water of the high mountains are added alluvium torn throughout its course, the Mekong is nourishing and unique for the cultivation of this rice.
Transplanting, weeding and harvesting are done by hand according to traditional methods that preserve the aroma of rice. The fragrant rice variety ST24 is pure with its natural aroma.

Cooking: 10 minutes in a large amount of boiling salted water.
Asian cooking: Wash the rice several times in cold water, then from the flat surface of the rice add water to the height of a phalagne, leave until boiling then reduce the heat to a minimum, continue to cook the rice for 15 - 20 minutes lid closed. BON APPETIT !
