Clément White Rum, produced by distilling only sugar cane juice, is an Agricultural Rum with a Controlled Designation of Origin. Produced at Habitation Clément, in accordance with the best Martinique traditions, it is distinguished by its floral and fruity aromas. Best consumed as a Ti Punch, long drink or cocktail.
Ti punch: squeeze 1/4 lime, pour a dash of Clément cane syrup, add 4cl of 50° Clément white rum.
