Microwave/ Fried at high heat (recommended) - Préchoeuffer the duck in the microwave on 750W for 2 minutes. -Brown the duck in the very hot oil at 190°c for 2 minutes to make crispy skin. 2. Cooking in the oven - Préchoeuffer the oven to 200°c. Put the duck in a baking dish until golden brown for 25-30 minutes to make crispy skin.
