Ingredients: Cooked gouda (56% of finished product) and beef (26.3% of finished product) skewers with sweet soy sauce (17.7% of finished product), frozen. Gouda and beef skewers (186 g): Gouda (Origin: EU) 68% (pasteurized milk, salt, lactic ferment, rennet), beef (Origin: EU) 32%. Sweet soy sauce (40 g): Sugar, soy sauce 36% (water, soybeans, wheat flour (gluten), salt), water, spirit vinegar. For allergens, see items in bold in the ingredient list.

Store at -18°C until the date shown on the packaging.

Preparation instructions In a pan: Remove the skewers from their plastic packaging and place them frozen on a plate. Cover them with their sauce on different sides and reserve the remaining sauce.

Place the skewers in a hot pan with a little fat and heat over medium heat for 7 to 8 minutes. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes before serving with the remaining sweet soy sauce.

In a conventional oven Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Remove the skewers from their plastic packaging and place them frozen on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in an ovenproof dish.

Coat the skewers with sauce on both sides and reserve the remaining sauce. Place in the middle of the oven and heat for 8 to 10 minutes in a conventional oven. The time and temperature are approximate and should be adjusted according to your oven. Wait 1 to 2 minutes before serving with the remaining sweet soy sauce.
