Ingredients: Miso powder 42.5% (soy, rice, salt), dextrin, sugar, tofu 6% (soy, firming E516, trehalose, modified corn starch), salt, dehydrated wakame seaweed, flavor enhancers (E621, E631, E635), dehydrated spring onion, yeast extract powder, seaweed powder, acidity corrector E330. Trehalose is a source of glocose. Preparation tips: pour the contents of a sachet into a bowl, add 160ml of boiling water, stir and serve.

Nutritional Values per 100g: energy 328kcal, proteins 17g, fats 6.4g, of which saturated fatty acids 1.1g, carbohydrates 48g, of which sugar 25g, salt 16.8g. Store in a cool and dry place.
