Ingredient: wheat flour, salt, water, hydropropylated diamidon phosphate E1442, acidity regulator (water, E270, E260, E325).

1. Preparation for noodle soup: Cook the noodles in 300cl of boiling water for 3 minutes, season and mix. The noodles can be eaten with meats, mushrooms and vegetables.

2. Preparation for stir-fried noodles: Sauté and season the meat and vegetables in a pan with a little hot oil, add the cooked noodles, mix well with the oyster sauce, serve hot.

3. Preparation for cold noodles: Cook the noodles in 300cl of boiling water for 3 minutes rinse under cold water, drain.

Taste the noodles with the Japanese noodle sauce.
